Action Alert: Contact Your Senator Today to Support Farm to School FRESH Grant Funding!

Contact your Senator TODAY and ask them to co-sponsor amendment #658 to level fund Food Literacy and the Farm to School FRESH Grant Program in the FY2025 budget .

On May 7th, the Senate Ways and Means Committee released their FY25 budget and it unfortunately did not include funding for the Farm to School FRESH Grants. Senator Lewis filed an amendment to sustain funding for Food Literacy and the FRESH Grant program in the FY25 budget (Amendment #658). We need YOUR help to build support for this amendment by asking your Senator to co-sponsor the amendment. Read more about the FRESH Grant program.

It’s easy to make your voice heard.

We've drafted the email, but we encourage you to personalize the email to make your message more powerful. You can type directly into the pre-populated message field! Share your story and why you believe a farm to school grant program will be good for students, for farmers, and for communities.
